Our mills
Our mills are all surrounded by beautiful forests and rivers. The raw materials and energy that sustain our operations are borrowed from Mother Nature.
Caring about the environment and thinking sustainability from the beginning have always been a priority in everything we do. No wonder our mills are pioneers in environmentally smart and energy-saving technology.
At the mills, there is a long tradition and broad knowledge of the noble art of papermaking. Cross-functional teams work continuously to improve processes and make the whole chain more efficient. This goes hand in hand with finding new possibilities for paper and new possibilities for our customers to get increasingly smart packaging solutions.
Our mills are situated in Grums just outside Karlstad, Skärblacka close to Norrköping, Karlsborg a few miles north-east of Luleå and Beetham in the Lake District, about 100 km north of Manchester. Billerud’s head office is located in Solna, Stockholm.
